I am very glad I found this site . I have been vegan for 14 years now . I am new mom and my son just 1 year and we were looking for cruelty free milk options for him , luckily came a cross Gita Nagari . I have been using milk and yogurt past two months and the quality has been great ! . Would suggest to animal who want try animal products with consciousness.
I love this yogurt, but this company really needs to straighten out their business. I understand this is a “sanctuary” first but if you guys want to stay in business you need to prioritize new cows and maybe send old ones to a different sanctuary. Sorry but that is why dairy farms traditionally unalive their old cows. Not only that but not communicating with customers is also not a good way to run a business. I want more of their cheddar cheese and yogurt but this company is not a reliable source.

As I explained in the email, we are don't function like a regular business. Our operations are maintained by full-time unpaid volunteers. When this gets disturbed, as we've experienced this year, our operations such as regular communication to customers, falters. We are really sorry for this, and will do better to improve in this area.

Sent wrong product chedder instead of Paneer. We still are using it though. The yogurt is really good quality.

The yougur is extremely rich and nourishing and comes from a farm which protects the cows from slaughter which is all I need and want.
